Fees for Uninsured Services
The Ontario Health Insurance (OHIP) provides coverage for most, but not all services provided by Cambridge Medical Imaging.
All uninsured services must be paid in full when rendered; office staff will provide a receipt upon settlement of your account. Should you be unable to pay for the uninsured service at the time it is provided Cambridge Medical Imaging will not be able to complete the requested services. Please note that our office accepts cash or EFT.
